If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you include unboxing video and pictures of the product along with the original packaging. Email us at Support@Rasiva.in and we will resolve the issue promptly.
For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account in 5-7 working days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
We dispatch the order within 1 working day, and it takes 3 to 5 working days for the order to reach you based on your location anywhere in India.
